Day 6, Didn't do salt water flush

Is that bad?

I haven't been sleeping soundly for the past 3 days and I was running insanely late to work today, and STILL had to make juice (lemonade) in addition to combatting a fruit fly infestation. They've discovered my Twin Star Juicer and lemon pulp. *Icky*

Had one BM because of the tea last night and this morning I had an herbal chai tea without sweetener. Other than that tea and a pepperment tea, I have not "cheated" so far.

But I'm SOOOO tired, AND I have school tonight till 10 pm AFTER work.

Any thoughts/suggestions/words of support?
