How do you imagine swallowing 200 - 500 capsules, and how do you imagine digesting it?

All you need is mental preparation.
Tell yourself you ca do it, and then it is easy.

Even children age 12 can swallow 1/2 cup of olive oil with 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice ...

Many kids have done succesfull cleanse, including 5 kids I know personally.
