I think the best is to use tinctures, or dry herbs for tea or fresh vegetable/herbs for juices - all you make yourself.

I am sceptical of quality of commercial pills, tablets and/or powders.

Industrial production always destroys quality.

I will be soon putting recipes for herbal teas for liver, gallbladder and kidneys.
