LOL...I do not have a Candida overgrowth now, but I did. It took me 3 years to get rid of my overgrowth. I have never had a "yeast" infection in my life but my blood showed the overgrowth.

It probably would not be a great thing to do the Master-Cleanse if you are dealing with a significant yeast overgrowth. I use 3/4 cup of maple syrup per day and thats a feast for yeast. You may consider doing the prudent thing which is to get your yeast under control. Everyone has yeast but if it gets out of hand it can cause serious health issues.
