try bumping up your cayenne...

yes they can become perfectly clean, though more than likely you have a way to go...

I did a 45 a couple months ago and on day 41 lots was coming out...

just finished a week refresher...bumped up the cayenne and it's like I've never done an mc before by the looks of the stuff coming out...and I eat really heathly.
