Real bad eczema + hives, someone pls help!

hi everyone! hoping that i can please get some help here! thanx!
i'm 16 this year..
i've a real bad case of eczema and i get hives too.
i've had eczema for abt 3 yrs now.. it did go away for a year, but it came back.. my eczema has always been mild, affecting only my chest and small areas of my back. however, in january this year, it suddenly spread all over the place.. the eczema started worsening after i had a bicycle fall. i went to see a chinese physician, and he gave he 2 packets of powder to mix with water and drink, once at 6pm, second at 8pm, and at 10pm to take a concoction of 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. After that, i noticed that my bowels were greenish in color.. and that very day, my eczema cleared up like.. totally. Then a few days later i went swimming.. and having not being exposed to the sun for a long time.. and having the very humid temperatures here.. my eczema started to come back again.. making me quite sad.. In addition to eczema, i have started to have hives too. i went back to that chinese physician.. and he said that it's a prob with the blood.. and i've been under him for treatment from march till now.. but my condition hasnt improved at all! It does occasionally get better, but when i get upset over my skin .. the skin flares up again :( I dont dare to go out because many ppl stare at my skin.. and it really makes me sad and very self conscious. I realize that i'm allergic to things like eggs and milk.. as i tried taking them the other day and my skin got very bad. What should i do? Should i do a liver cleanse? And is that liver cleanse similar to what the chinese physician proposed(the powder concoction then the 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup lemon)? and also, lemon really tastes terrible. Is it ok to take grapefruit instead? pls reply ASAP! thanks. i'm really very desperate. i'll be so grateful if someone could help me! Tweet
