Help! Fever/hep question

I have a few questions on Hepatitis c. Number one, while I'm doing this 'flushing and cleansing', should I be taking injections of the medicines the doctors around here want to give me? Also, how do I naturally take care of my fever, or is there anything I can take? Please help me! Have had a fever all week.
