I have been using Lima French Atlantic Sea Salt for the last few weeks. Do you know this brand? Is it as good as Celtic salt? They don't list much for minerals except magnesium. It is light grey in color, slightly moist, and has specs of darker color as well.
I generally trust French products as 80% of their produce comes from small farms (opposite of U.S.). I lived there for some time and can only remember how full of flavor all the food was, and how much better my health was overall.
Another question for a Sea Salt dummy...why is it so bad to drink sea water if one is shipwrecked?
