Besides the obvious - cleanses shown above under 'cleansing' - how is your diet? Do you get enough essential fatty acids? Flax, brazil nuts, walnuts, fish, etc? If not - add Udo's Choice.
Is your diet healthy? Fruit, veges, yogurt, lots of water?
Finally - how is your thyroid?? Take your temp first thing in the am. As soon as you get up, still in bed (shake the thermometer down prior to sleep). Curious on this one.
