Heya...
eating citrus by peeling the 'color off' is the best way to do it...best to blend the 'pith' and pulp with the juice. That method saved a friend of mine's life. Most of the Vitamins are just below the skin

You can't get much juice out of the pith, or white stuff. Pretty dry...but it adds more excitement to squeezing ,eh.hah

I've got my little juice man jr that I've had for 15 years...was thinking of the JL when JM takes a dive...mine could no way do wheat grass...parsley is toughest it will go and even then the whole kitchen gets a cyclo-massage...
