eating citrus by peeling the 'color off' is the best way to do it...best to blend the 'pith' and pulp with the juice. That method saved a friend of mine's life. Most of the Vitamins are just below the skin
You can't get much juice out of the pith, or white stuff. Pretty dry...but it adds more excitement to squeezing ,eh.hah
