Re: fainting spells
It is NOT generally normal when strictly following the program and not over doing it. Though , early on in the fast/cleanse, some of the symptoms may occur. They will pass.
Take into consideration that you are operating on 600-1000 calories(I strongly push/advise 10-12 lemonades or 1000-1200 calories per day).
Just sitting watching tv or sleeping uses about 50 calories an hour....walking uses
250 calories in a half hour...playing cards 175 per hour..

figure the math...you are operating very slim...lunging into exercise or running on empty will result in weakness. It may not hit you when you think either.
Your blood
Sugar is jumping, your body is manufacturing glucose and releasing stockpiles of it from your liver, you are releasing incredible amounts of tryglycerides, forming acids called ketones. These keytones, when not readily eliminated can make you feel really bad.Drink up! Your body metabolism at this time can slow down as much as 75%, so low blood pressure can be normal. Exercise only when you are confident of your health and strength. I usually walk a half an hour to an hour a day, a rep of weight training per day and heavy stretching throughout the day. That's it. Any more and you are pushing it. Yoga and Tai chi are great!!! Inversion exercises are really good to get the toxins out of the legs.
Whether you are trying to lose weight or not, I feel it is best to do the 'fully leaded'
Master-Cleanse cocktail 2+2 tbs maple and lemon/lime. I think it is the safest thing to do.
My guess is , since you are pretty active in 'NORMAL' life, that you are not a lounger. Please shoot for 10-12 Mc Cocktails per day and take it easy.
The biggest mistake I ever have done is to skimp on the lemonades or skip ,inadvertantly, ...in a word 'delirium'. Dizzy, hell yes, fainting, almost,
feeling $#!ttY, you bet...
Some here say that working out, running miles at a time, etc is ok....for them it is, yet I'll wager that those folks run into problems that don't always work out.
Play it smart and safe...evalute your intake and output.
DRINK DRINK DRINK...your body is trying to dump toxins ,while at the same time managing and conserving and using energy in a way it's not used to doing...make it as easy on yourself as possible...common sense.
follow the plan and you'll be fine!
rock on...
:D
