during my first master cleanse i felt lots of aches an pains for the first 4 days. i couldn't find any relief. it felt just like back labor. but thankfully on the 5th day, it all disappeared and i felt absolutely fantastic! euphoric! high energy! clear minded!

so hang in there..soon you will be through the worst of it and be reaping the benefits of a cleaner body!
