Get yourself some blackstrap molasses. A slurp of that...less than a teaspoon or as much as you want will go far to give you an additional dose of really dense nutrition. I have some everyday and wish I had known my first fast to use it that way. You can lick it off a spoon like I do, or others have suggested putting it in a cup with hot water like a tea.
You are doing great though, and get as much rest as possible...spend some time in the sun if possible too. I had to rest majorly yesterday and will probably again today. You are turning your body over to itself and so the energy is going to healing work. Everyone is different and so it is best to listen to your body and allow yourself the luxury of rest.
