How critical are ORGANIC lemons?

Day 1. I tried finding cheap organic lemons today for 2½ hours, with no luck. One store charged $2.50 for ONE lemon! What a scam.

I bought some ordinary lemons instead, just for today. I will try tomorrow again to find organic ones cheaper. Last time I did this, I was able to find them at a much better price.

But how crucial are they? Will I manage 15 days on ordinary lemons?
