Re: anybody went from MC to OJ?

MH at the barefoot forum has an OJ fast which must work...M.O.G is on day 90-something. I plan on doing a separate OJ fast in November when the Texas citrus crop comes in. Check out MH's forum--the 108 pages, noted at top has the fast details, also M.O.G. has a blog on curezone....
