Thanks for both of your feedback. Intuitivily, I'd rather do nothing else while on the Master-Cleanse - I am already on day 5 and I'd like to continue, I'll address the yeast after my cleanse, unless it becomes a problem. My question is this: The liquid that comes out after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is bright yellow. Do you think this is yeast? any other thoughts on why is is, is it normal? Thanks!
