Travel Vaccination

Hi Guys,

I am travelling to South America later in the year and Yellow Fever
vaccine is compulsory. After doing my research here at your wonderful website and some others I have concluded like many other
that vaccination is not a good thing.

Nonetheless, If I want to go to Brazil, I have to get vaccinated.
Is there anything I should do to counter the ill effects of the
Vaccination? I have a strong immune system and am healthy so I guess
I shouldn't be that worried but any advice would be much appreciated.
