Most probably they were already dead. Unless you took in boiling water and killed everything in there and burned out your insides - they were dead. The warm water simply cleaned better - like on your pots, etc.

You're probably 'ok' for now - I would stop immediately after no more pass. You can become addicted to enemas plus you are washing away all your good flora. Also irritation will result eventually. I personally would take a day off even as worms were passing but would continue on after that as long as garbage was being expelled.
