allergies symptoms

Hello everyone I'm on day 6 now & since yesterday I have been experiencing allergy symptoms that I have not seen in awhile. My lips swell & crack alittle my face is ichy my eyes are puffy & swollen. Obviously it couldn't be anything I ate do you think that the symptoms are just surfacing & cycling through me? I haven't been taking my allergy meds but have been using a regular moisturizing cream (cetaphil). The only thing different from the other days is that I used the salt water bath yesterday & today. Thanks for any feed back
