I too had to slightly increase the salt to get the right ratio for the flush.

Also, a good 30-60 minutes after the flush, I'll start drinking full glasses of water and/or lemonade - about every 15 minutes or so. Each time I down one, I am sitting on the throne about 4-5 minutes later.
