Re: horrible menstrual cramps, any ideas?

Hey i have the same thing--on days 1 & 2.. godawful cramps... back when i was MCing i got my period near the end & i rode it out on day 1 with no pills, but i was in sooo much bloody pain. day 2 i took advil (which is ibuprfen) & i felt SO much better!!!! my stomach did not go crazy or my system was not in shock.. so if U need it do it... respect what our body needs! best wishes!
