Sounds pretty complicated but I am worried about the muscle waste also. I am very active normally and have recently gotten into endurance mountain bike racing. I have lost alot of motivation and havent been training very well recently and with that I am about 20 lbs overweight and the laughing stock of the guys that I ride with. My goals this time on the Master-Cleanse are similar to yours I want to shed the weight obviously and detox the crap in my system from a very un healthy Diet that I have fallen into. I also want to train and keep my muscle form wasting away. I am hoping to get ten days like the last time I MCed. I lost 21 lbs that time and the months after had some of the best times on my bike.
