Re: minimum amount of Epsom Salt for cleanse?

> I did my second cleanse and was much sicker this time than first cleanse. Probably because I had not recovered from an attack the day before. I could not drink my 4th dose of ES, I was too weak my heart pounding. I was afraid to continue with ES because magnesium interferes with my seizure med. The last dose was to have been taken at 8:00 a.m. Would I benefit by taking it as late as 12:00 pm? What is min. amt. for a successful cleanse?
> I did see a few stones in the first 2 trips to the bathroom, how long should I expect to see stones? My ultrasound says I have multiple stones.
> One more question; Is cayenne pepper good for liver and gallbladder or is it an irritant or hard to digest? Thanks.

Cayenne, either food or liquid extract, is good for both. It is not an irritant or difficult to digest. In fact it aids digestion. Cayenne capsules are another matter alltogether - avoid like the plague. They are a bomb in a capsule and will not help!
