Beginner, what first? Lemonade or Dental work

Hi Folks

Great site and brilliant people.

My partner an I want to do the Lemonade Diet , we've a nightmare finding decent maple cyrup (we're in LONDON, UK) - does anyone know a good source to buy the best stuff for the diet, we've only found some Pure Canadian Maple Syrup - Sainsbury's brand - it's got "Canada no.1 - Medium" on the label and is dark and tastes pretty strong - so we're hoping it's the grade B stuff. Problem is there's no telling how it's been produced so we don't know if it's the wrong type or not. - any help there greatly appreciated.


Also, I have loads (about 8) of dental fillings (the dark matallic ones) and I'm now totally convinved I need to get these replaced as soon as possible.

My question is should I wait until the dental work is done or just go for the Lemonade Diet now?

Also, we're in our late 20's have no serious medical conditions, we're both smokers though (which we hope to fix using this site and the cleanses).

Is there a recommended order to do these cleanses in, in such a situation? ie. "heathly" but keen to get healthier.

PS. I have recurrent skins "rashes" on my hands and feet, the doctor doesn't seem to have a clue what it is (prescribed Dermetnovate cream - which clears a bit, then it comes back) - the rash is small liquid filled bumps, very itchy and very painful - after the inevitable scratch!) should this be cleared up with the Lemonade Diet ?
