Neuropathy

I have Type II Diabetes and for the last 4-5 years I've been suffering from severe Neuropathy in the feet and legs as well as the hands and fingers. Now my doctor tells me that I have visceral neuropathy which affects the entire digestive system. The worst part is the bowel of course. Any suggestions, please. Thank You in advance.
