Hey! Don't quit, you can do it. You were such a HUGE help for me today! Take a couple of maple licks and watch a movie. One of those cheeseball ones with a flab-to-fit montage. (like Zoolander or Girlfight ... wow I can't believe I just put those two together ... something for everybody, I guess.) Get your mind off it for awhile. I think a lot of us had rough days today ... I wrote this whole post on my blog about doing the Master-Cleanse (partially) b'c of dealing with emotional stuff w/ comfort food. I hope things even out tomorow! We're rooting for you over here!
