break by the book...I am going to assume you are not vegan...
Local yogurt is good(if you eat dairy/soy available,too) in a few days.
For short fasts it is not so imperative. Don't worry about hurting yourself.
Simply don't over eat and segue into normal eating slowly.
You won't be starving at all! Savor and 'chew' the oj to get
the digestion system going.
If you fasted to reduce, stay away from starches,please.
Continue to drink lots of water post fast/always...you are still
detoxing.
