I am all through with MC. What I am going into for now is one main meal a day. I will have carrot juice and some coffee and herb tea and one cooked meal at night. I will have fruit for lunch, a smoothie, perhaps. You have to watch the calories in these, though. I hope this works to get rid of the last ten pounds I want to lose.
I know diet experts are adamant about three meals a day. Sometimes that doesn't work.Everyone has to choose what works for him or her.
