Go ahead and do the liver cleanse. IMO, if you still have a stone in the common bile duct, the liver cleanse will flush it out. If you come down with a fever, it would indicate something more severe, but if the pain you're experiencing is similiar to the pain you had prior to surgery, it most likely is a stone in the duct. The pain I had that was the same before surgery and after was this: tossing and turning, knawing pain in the epigastric portion of abdomen (central, just under the "V" your ribs make) after eating any kind of fat...within one hour of a meal. The fullness and tenderness on right side was gone. Definitely let your surgeon know what is going on...because you could be experiencing something more severe than what I can tell from your post. But, IMO, the liver cleanse is safe for you to do to flush out a stone still left in the duct. Like I said in a previous post, I painlessly passed many stones, two weeks after my GB surgery and am now completely free of pain.

Is it most likely liver stones that cause my attacks or parasite/bowel/kidney problems? I really want to do all of the cleansings but I don't want to risk having another attack before I get to the liver cleanse. Thanks.
