I'll join you - I'm also doing a 15er starting tomorrow. I've done transition the past two days - cut out coffee, and just ate raw foods. I'm gonna have a really hard time letting go of gum, mints, and my veggies as I've always used these as crutches to keep away from food. I had a bad experience with pizza - I tried to start my fast last week and then my sister ordered my favorite pizza and I ate nearly the whole thing - and since I don't eat bread or anything white or processed, I bloated up and felt terrible for four days. Today was the first day I started feeling even slightly back to normal.
So this is round two for me - I'm usually pretty disciplined and I have a vacation coming up.
