I'm glad it worked for you. You are probably a very healthy person to begin with.
It is not advisable though for most and could cause VERY serious damage to muscle tissue ,including the heart.
Be careful , common sense always is the best approach.
If you are extremely healthy then your body has a better chance. I just don't want everybody to believe that they can go and do their normal routine without risk...
everyone is different, experiment and enjoy learning about yourself.
When I get passed 20 days ,I always taper off on the exercise and do long walks,
heavy stretching, yoga and a few reps per day.
