Do you have a feel as to what is clogging it up? Water, sinuses, etc?

Try lots of hot spicy foods to clear the area up, the cleanses listed on this site, even though they appear to be for the liver, gallbladder, colon, etc. are a good adjunct. And give hydrotherapy in the head area a try - take very hot and then ice-cold alternating showers. Use 1-minute hot, then 1-minute cold, for 15 minutes.
I currently am down to 3 minutes!
