day 3 spoke to soon, the slump!

Woke up late today, 9.00. I was wondering if there was an optimum time to rise during the MC? SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) became a little easier, but what I noticed was that not much came out, very little water, defiantly not the litre I drank. Am I absorbing the SWF? Is this good?

Again to relieve the boredom and to get out of the house, we went into town. Bad idea! Before I left I posted my Day 2 experience with the title “going strong”, well the slump hit and hit hard. Our irritability steadily rose as the day went on. We arrived in Piccadilly Circus, surrounded by the crowds, corporate logos, and fast food, I snapped at my girlfriend and we had a petty argument over nothing. After 10 minutes we kissed and made up and moved on. But half an hour later, bang the same thing happened, but this time it was worse and we parted ways. I went back to the house to recover, as I was feeling frustrated, weak and tired.
Again within an hour we both realised what forces were at play, which were the effects of the fast so we kissed and made up again. This ebb and flow of irritability continued into the night. We both noticed that we were as hungry as we have ever been. This only really comes on in the evening. Were hoping this stops soon as we find it the most challenging part of the MC

I have noticed that I have lost quite a bit of weight, about six pounds. My swollen stomach has flattened quite a bit. However my skin looks a lot paler and I have dark circles under my eyes.
