I do not know the answer to your question, because I can not see the future :-)

But, I can tell you what happened in the past.

I read stories from at least 500 people who did liver cleanse, and not a single one of them got stone blocking pancreatic duct while doing liver cleanse.

But, as I say, this is only what happened in the past.
Future is not known to me.
