Day 14 and Breaking MC
Well thought I would check in and thank everyone who helped me through my first MC. I started planning on going 10 days, but as the days went on and I did not have any real discomfort I thought what the heck I might as well keep going! So I made it for a total of 13 days, in which I have lost 17lbs as a nice side effect.
So on to the break... I woke up and had a lemonade to get some energy. About 2 hours later I had my first glass of fresh squeezed OJ, and boy did that taste good! I got really busy at work and did not have another glass of OJ about 5 hours later, which was about 14oz glass. It is now 6:45pm my time and I am feeling a little light headed, is this because I did not have enough lemonade today? Am I supposed to mix lemonade thoughout the day with the OJ? I also took a probiotic pill, is that ok to do?
I just started the Veggie soup and boy does it smell delicious! I will admit I did cheat a little and sample a few veggies to see if they were fully cooked. I know it says OJ only for the first day, but would it be ok if I had a small bowl of veggie soup?!
Again I appreciate everyones help, I have learned a lot about myself and I feel great!
