Hi...

I live at the beach and am a firm believer that the salt water is a miracle.
follow instructions and I can see no downside to what you are doing. I have spent half a day in the water,literally and only felt joy and peace from the ocean... so building one in your bathroom is a great idea. Depending where you live , you may want to search out alkaline based hot mineral springs. They are great!

A remarkable exercise for swollen legs, vericose veins,anxious legs,etc, is to lay on your back flat,pressing the small of your back. S L o W l Y, raise your legs and hips ,keeping your shoulders on the ground, and your chin tucked into your sternum, support your weight with you hands on your hips. Work your way up to 2-3 minutes a day. Lower as slowly as you came up and rest for 5-10 minutes. On the yang side, arch your back away from the floor,toward the ceiling and support your body with the top/crown of your head and your buns. Keep your lips together. Hold this position for as long as you held your legs over you previously. These are a couple of the safest Yoga asanas you can do.

Do them every day and you will assist your body in filtering the heavy metals and toxins out of your legs. They have pounded into your legs every day of your life and rarely given the chance to be totally eliminated. The heart is strong,yet not that powerful. Now ,during your cleanse is the best time to do this exercise. Try it, in one week I promise you will feel a major difference overall , mentally , spiritualy and physically.Great for diabetics,also. Too many toes and legs have been amputated due to poor circulation and these exercises could have prevented a lot of pain. Relieve is so easily obtainable if you love yourself...
