Dr Johanna Budwig's - Flaxseed Oil diet

I have a few questions about the Flaxseed oil diet.

1) All animal fats are forbidden. Does that include cheeses and creams?

2) All meats are forbidden. Does that include sea and river fishes?

3) Are there other patients following this diet in the UK, especially in the Liverpool area?

4) Are there other patients following this diet in the Montlucon area of France?
