Day 1 of 30+; I finally made it back...
Hi everyone! As always, glad to see so many actively improving their health! I'm back for the next long leg of my journey. I had a wonderful anniversary trip, and didn't regain any of the weight I lost on my recent MC. I did eat, but fairly healthy, and small portions!
When I returned, I kept putting off restarting, and finally did a
Liver Flush Friday night after a few days of salads, apples and apple juice. Then I again delayed, and finally started on Day 1 today.
I'm going to stick with liquids ONLY for over month. I'll do at least 10 days of straight MC, then at some point I may switch it up with juices. As I get close to my goal, I may add 100% raw smoothies (especially green smoothies) as I transition back to eating.
I have a LONG way to go, so I know this will take over a month. My starting weight (after the trip, as I don't want to weigh myself right now, and I'm not counting any weight I gained back after I came home) was 232. I'm a bit above that now, but it'll come off fast, and then I'm on my way to under 200 pounds. My goal is to stop around 190-192, so that I can be sure to NEVER be over 200
pounds again. My estimate is that I'll reach my goal sometime in May. I'm not going to stress about the weight daily, but I'll check it every few days.
I am very excited about getting back on my journey, and I am so glad that I finally am taking the right steps again. I'd be happy to be email buddies with anyone needing support.
