I broke my fast as follows (not according to the book but it works as well):
1st day
juices for at least one day
2nd day
juices during the day
cantaloupe or other soft fruit in the morning
a small salad for lunch (i made a non-fat yoghurt dressing to get the flora in the colon going)
an apple or pear for dinner
3rd day
fruit in the morning with some yoghurt
a regular salad for lunch (again, low-fat dressing)
a baked potato in the evening
fruit for dessert
4th day
begin introducing 100% rye bread
easily digestible proteins in small quantities
