Ana, stop using Listerine. That stuff is toxic. Try to find a health-food store that sells dental products from a company called "JASON". Use the "Sea Fresh"-this stuff is incredible, or the "Power Smile" mouthwash that they make (the other ones are no good, stick with these two). I'd also suggest that you switch to using their toothpastes. Use the "Tea-Tree", "Power Smile", and "Sea Fresh". Don't use the ones with a "fluoride" sticker on the box. I only use JASON products for my teeth & gums, because they're all-natural, they taste incredible, and they work!
