I cheated!!
AAHHH...I couldn't take it anymore and i gave in to the wonderful world of food. I had some fish sticks, ceaser salad, and some cheese bread. And it was gooood. While I don't really regret cheating, I am a bit concerned about the toll this is going to take on my body. I think I pretty much passed what I've eaten yesterday this morning and I felt only minor discomfort.
Last night, I had my lax tea, this morning I
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and eliminated a lot of the stuff I ate yesterday (or it seemed like it at least). Even though i ate a whole orange already, I am slowly drinking freshly squeezed OJ. There are festivities that I want to partake in tomorrow (which I was originally planning to forego) and I'm taking today to prep my body.
BUT THEN, I will be returning back to the lemonade come saturday.
What do you guys think? is my plan okay-- okay in the sense that while i understand I've stunted my progress, it is not going to do a lot of harm to my body? please let m e know before i make i decision that i will regret!
