Stress is taking its toll on me...

I thought this would be the perfect time for a fast... Only to now realise that I hadn't bargained for the incredible stress a situation at work is creating for me. I am completely, totally exhausted (mentally) and am hanging in there, even if just barely.

The problem is, that at the moment, I don't have anyone I can talk to about the specific problem - most of my true friends are in Europe and it's the dead of night over there.

I just really need a shoulder to cry on...

So, sorry forum. You are my shoulder for the moment... :-(
