Hi, I am also overseas, living on a military base. We are the only two people that are probably awake from this forum. I am on day seven. I couldn't take the cayenne pepper either. I bought the capsules. Watch the heat units though. Alot of people say not to use them, but they saved me. I open up the capsules and dump out about 2/3. My capsules are 100,000 heat units. I took the first pill without realizing this and almost died. Also, if the pill gets stuck in your throat or feels like it, take a speck of oil, rub it between your fingers so it is almost gone, then lightly roll the capsule in it. It goes right down. Hope this helps. The salt water flush works great for me.
