Re: high blood pressure on the cleanse

2 Things, do you drink coffee? I should hope not while on BP meds but ya never know, the giving up coffee (caffiene) gave me massive headaches. 2 are you doing any exercise, 30 min a day of cardiovascular will really help BP. I had fairly high BP prior to the cleanse and have been off bp meds since. I would definitely talk to a doctor though if your BP stays up and seek other options on eliminating the meds (ie. weening off instead of cold turkey)
