Maybe I can help you out a little... I work out at a gym on a fairly regular basis (about an hour at a time a few days a week). I have found that while on the MC, I actually have more energy to work out a little longer. I do take it easy though, by walking (not running) on the treadmill & taking longer breaks between reps on the machines.
I'm not sure what this does for your muscles & additional fat burning, but it does curb my food cravings!!! This to me is REALLY important :-) I have worked out at my gym every other day since starting the MC, & I find it's better for me to go in the evening when I'm really craving something/anything!!! After working out, my cravings are gone, & I'm fine for the rest of the night. Hope this tip helps you.
