like you lost 25 pounds easily on diet "x"

and then you gain it all back and then some

you try diet "x" again and the pounds are not peeling off as easily.
and that can make ya depressed if you are not aware of that. if it is like that for you. it is a little bit like that for me. but not majorly.

does that make sense?
