The yellow liquid you are passing is the infamous "butt pee". It means your colon is empty of recent meals and that you either do not have, or have not yet started eliminating the gunk that lines your colon. I did not have any gunk come out my first MC, but it was plentiful the second time. This butt pee is normal when fasting and flushing. (very little is too gross or too graphic on this forum)

I did not generally use my juicer for lemons, I used an electric citrus juicer. But I would suggest you try to stir down some of the froth before measuring the juice. The froth is mostly air.
