Tapering off at 1/2 day per day of Mc is an excellent way to go and ,also, to start developing those great eating habits! More veggies! On my first few MCs I broke by the book, then on the last few I extended that to the halvsie method...I haven't bought any dairy in a year(my goal)! Can't say I haven't had any in a slice of cake or a taste of icecream, yet my ultimate goal is to give up completely...
My problem is that I 'Live to Eat'...! I wrote that book, with the forward written by 1/2 the people here! hah
