I was seriously thinking about doing a Liver-Flush the day after breaking my fast but changed my mind after reading this thread:

Anyway, I'm on day #1 of breaking my 13 day fast and I was going to flush on Monday, but I've changed my mind and decided to wait until the new moon which is Feb. 28th at exactly 12:31 am to get the best results of my flush. I think it's important to get my insides movin' back to normal before I try to get rid of toxins from my liver. Well, good luck! :)
