Remove toxins from the body, restore digestive function, lose weight and keep it off.

I read that this cleanse re balances your body so if you are underweight you gain and if you are overweight you lose. It is possible that you don't need to lose any wieght. That is what is in the book but this is my first cleanse so hopefully a vet will answer you also. Mel
